No More Room At The Inn | Gouter Refuge

Refuge du Gouter has sold out for the entire summer season already.

The ultra modern Gouter Refuge which gets busier with every year passing, is full.

The Refuge has a 120 person capacity and is situated on whats called the “classic route” on the Mont Blanc accent.

Due to the extreme winter that is just about leaving Chamonix, the summer high mountains will be highly unstable.  With this the staff  at the Refuge have reminded people that it is forbidden to “camp out” on Chamonix’s famous route.

Theres many different routes to the top of Mont Blanc but they all come with their own problems, a good guide is imperative to stay safe and to have maximum fun!
