Planet Chamonix are excited to see Guitare en Scène team up with the Fête des guides this year!

Guitare en Scène is a guitar festival down towards Geneva in the town of Saint-Julien-en-Genevois, it’s a small intimate venue that always showcases some BIG names!
Team Planet saw Mark Knopfler (Dire Straits) a few years back and it was electrifying to say the very least!
Jacques Falda, president of the guitar festival is obviously a huge fan of all things guitar, but he’s also a mountain lover.
Jacques Falda is looking to combine both his passions here with us on the 14th of August, after creating a partnership between Guitare en scène and the Compagnie des Guides de Chamonix.
Acts that have been confirmed so far: Manu Lanvin, Akoustik Thrill and King King.
The Saint-Julien festival will be from July 11th to 14th, with Joan Baez, Midnight Oil, Michael Schenker… and MARK KNOPFLER!! plus many more..
