Club Med Officially Signed Over!

Club Med Chamonix has officially been signed over to the Folie Douce and its partner Les (hôtels) très particuliers.  This will be the first Hotel of the Folie Douce group and should open its doors in December 2018.

The Hotel will be following the current trend in having various levels of standards in the same Hotel whilst keeping it youthful and fun.  The sleeping quarters will be split into two; “La Folie Douce” budget but practical accommodation,  this will be aimed at youngsters and families alike.  “La Douceur Folle” will be a much more classy  with penthouse suites and access to 5 star spa facilities.

The restoration will also be split into various levels of gastronomy, first up “La fruitière” the well known Folie Douce high end altitude restaurant brand.  Then to cater for everyone there will also be an Italian restaurant “Focacceria” that will provide good honest food.  Theres talks of a Savoyard restaurant to be thrown into the mix as well.

The Hotel will provide some great entertainment for kids & adults alike, maybe even a new great aprés ski spot in the heart of Chamonix!
