The new & exciting Leman Express will connect St Gervais Les Bains to Geneva, the brand new line is due to be operational by December 2019.
The sparkling new service will pass through 45 stations, cover 230 kilometres, and boasts to deliver a fast and modern train service between Geneva and the foothills of Mont blanc.
In order to get to Chamonix there still unfortunately has to be one change for the Mont Blanc Express in St Gervais Les Bains.
We’re hearing more and more about pollution and the damage its doing to the Alps, so surely any move away from fossil fuels must be a positive step in the right direction…
